Classroom Expectations:
1. Be respectful to: Yourself
Your classmates
Your classroom
Your Teacher
2. Prevent and stop any and all bullying.
3. Come to class prepared to work hard and to accomplish much!
4. Follow Directions the FIRST time you are asked.
These guidelines are in place to make our classroom a safe and comfortable place. Our classroom is to be a space in which we can feel comfortable and work productively.
Classroom Discipline:
Classroom Expectations are to be followed at all times. Should an expectation be broken, the following plan will be acted upon.
1st & 2nd Infraction- Student will receive a verbal warning to redirect him or her back on task.
3rd Infraction- Three strikes; you're out! Student will complete a PAWS Action Plan.
4th Infraction- Student will receive a short form.
5th Infraction- Student will receive a long form.
If any infraction of the classroom expectations is severe, the teacher reserves the right to skip steps and go directly to the short form or long form as a consequence.
Classroom Procedures:
We will use procedures in our classroom. Procedures are a specific way that we do things, such as the way we pass in papers or
the way we sharpen our pencils. These are not rules, but merely a way of performing everyday tasks. If we establish good
procedures, our class will run more efficiently with fewer disruptions.

However, if a student should fail to complete the work necessary to meet the assignment due date, the the student will be expected to catch up on work that evening at home. There may also occasionally be a project that we will do that may require students to do some work at home.
Late Work Policy:
Due date: Full Credit
By end of the next unit, with reasonable excuse: Full Credit (i.e. Doctors note, funeral, school events, family emergencies)
No extra credit will be given.
